After latest upload, package src:xfce4-netload-plugin still does not build
with the new xfce4-panel.

As before, my working hypothesis is that this is a bug in xfce4-panel,
but if this is not the case, feel free to reassign + affects to 
src:xfce4-netload-plugin.
