Hi,
Per https://bugs.debian.org/1108934#27, I am opening this RC bug that is
immediately marked trixie-ignore with the backing of the release team.
As I concluded in #1108934: The `prerm` scripts with `py3clean` are
generally all RC buggy in the current state as I understand the
situation, since they assume `py3clean` is functional if present and we
have never been able to guarantee that it was functional.
The bug was marked as trixie-ignore, since we suspected the fix would be
non-trivial and hard to implement during the freeze.

At the time of writing, it is unclear to me if dh-python or
python3-minimal or both are "to blame" here. Therefore, I recommend the
maintainers align on how to solve this problem an re-assign or
clone+reassign to the relevant package(s) once a solution has been
figured out and relevant consensus has been achieved.
