python-fuse has already applied the requested workaround for this bug,
Depends: fuse3 (>= 3.10.1-3) | fuse (<< 3)
This is the part that should have been done in trixie.
Doesn't that mean the severity of this bug should be reduced back to
important (or normal), not serious?
python3-fuse still depends on libfuse2t64 (>= 2.8). This needs to be
fixed. My understanding was that python-fuse are the fuse2 bindings,
so this package might also need to go away.
