Hi Maintainer First, the boilerplate: This package build-depends on python3-all-dev, but does not build extensions/libraries for all supported python3 versions. This is seen on the transition tracker for adding python3.14 support [1] and creates false positives. Please either replace the b-d python3-all-dev with python3-dev, or build for all supported Python3 versions. With the former solution you get later exposure to a new python3 version, with the latter solution you get early exposure. Please refer to Debian Python Policy [2] for more information. In this case, this same version of python-charset-normalizer built for both Python versions in Ubuntu [3] only days ago, compare with the log in Debian [4].
