Reassigning severity to normal to prevent the removal of kotlin from testing, as this is not a policy violation. Also refer to #1038744 (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1038744) regarding the state of updating kotlin to a newer version. -- Agathe
