A first bash at the packaging for numba 0.63.1 is now on salsa:

It requires llvmlite 0.46.0 which I have also pushed to salsa:
https://salsa.debian.org/pkg-llvm-team/llvmlite/-/merge_requests/7
These are only targeted at experimental as llvmlite requires llvm-20
which is only in experimental. It does not currently build with llvm-21.
It would still be useful for both packages to end up in experimental so
that other testing (and porting) can happen.
