above upload of xkeyboard-config (thank you!) closed this bug but in unstable
we still have:

4. console-setup:arm64 Depends keyboard-configuration (= 1.244)
2. keyboard-configuration:arm64 Depends xkb-data (< 2.42A)
but none of the choices are installable:
[no choices]
Can an upload of src:console-setup be performed to fix this?
