Hi,

Looking at note from the upstream [1], the fork of setoptconf-tmp is only used
to workaround a bug in their CI system, which has been resolved now and
shouldn't affect Debian anyway. I think it's safe to substitute it with
setoptconf. I can reproduce this on Debian Unstable, and have prepared a Salsa
MR for it here:
https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/prospector/-/merge_requests/2

I noticed a test failure (test_forced_include) with this package but I think
that's a fallout of something else:
https://salsa.debian.org/yifei/prospector/-/jobs/8792303

I'd like to have someone more familiar with python packaging before going
forward.

Yifei
