Hello ruby-team, hello Youhei, I upgraded ruby-gnome to the latest upstream version, which fixes #1097815 as a side-effect. I am maintaining screenruler, which depends on ruby-gnome and was autoremoved recently, hence the NMU to DELAYED+15

I do not know how to share easily branches pristine-tar and upstream/latest, which are part of a local git repository cloned from https://salsa.debian.org/ruby-team/ruby-gnome Also, please let me know whether I should cancel the upload to the DELAYED queue.
