As can be seen on the migration package [1] there is a problem (piuparts regression) with the current version of ruby-maxitest in unstable. Its dependency on ruby-minitest can't be satisfied, because ruby-minitest got updated. Please adjust ruby-maxitest to the newer version of ruby-minitest.
