Note just in case: Such Salsa CI feature is currently broken and building with nocheck build profile still installs all packages in build-depends, including the ones with <!nocheck>. But I have already sent them a MR to fix that: https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/-/merge_requests/691 so some day it will work as expected using the new salsa-ci.yml you have just updated.
