The gstreamer 1.26 release notes mention that gstreamer-vaapi is
deprecated and unmaintained. It's recommended to use va instead.

I think we should remove gstreamer-vaapi from Testing before we
release Debian 14. There is one package using gstreamer-vaapi. Once
that package stops using it, I think we should remove gstreamer-vaapi
from Unstable.
