Migration status for spglib (2.6.0-3 to 2.7.0-1): BLOCKED:
Rejected/violates migration policy/introduces a regression
Issues preventing migration:
∙ ∙ Autopkgtest for python-symfc/1.6.0-1: amd64: Regression ♻ (reference

ppc64el: Regression ♻ (reference ♻), riscv64: Regression ♻ (reference

∙ ∙ Autopkgtest for spglib/2.7.0-1: amd64: Pass, arm64: Pass, i386:
Pass, ppc64el: Pass, riscv64: Pass, s390x: Pass
The problem with src:spglib and src:python-symfc is that they have to
migrate together. Neither of these packages will migrate on their own as
sid/testing mixture will fail autopkgtests due to a change in their
APIs. This has happened before, but I cannot remember how the issue was
solved then.
