This package FTBFS with GHC 9.10. Updating to version 0.7.7.0 requires ghc-lib-parser (>=9.10 && <9.11), whereas updating to 0.8.0.0 requires Cabal-syntax (>=3.14 && <3.15). It seems that there is no version that can be built with LTS 24.
