Hi Paul,

I finished today to write some R code that parses Debian's dependency
graph to help me check that if I ask for a recursive removal to the the
Archive time, the 32-bit/big-endian buildds are not going to replace the
binaries immediately. (That is, that the whole subgraph went through
the architecture restriction).

https://salsa.debian.org/r-pkg-team/maintenance-utilities/-/blob/master/rdeps.R?ref_type=heads

I am making a small-scale test with https://bugs.debian.org/1128383,
and will ramp up it it worked well.

I hope that we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, although
I worry that the architecture-independant packages will cause a problem
that I did not foresee when I started this project.

Have a nice day,

Charles
