Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

Since the recent upgrade of libdlt2 from 2.18.11-5 to 3.0.0-2, mosquitto
does not start, failing to link libdlt.so.2. libdlt.so.3 is installed by
the more recent libdlt2 package.
