Bug#1127763: Please try setting DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=parallel=1 in debian/rules

Please try setting DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=parallel=1 in debian/rules for the 
packages that fail to build,and report back whether this fixes the 
issue.
