Well, if this unblocks removal of pinentry-gtk2, fine with me, otherwise I
don't see the point :) we already have #967764, which given upstream
inactivity on the code so far is unlikely to be fixed anytime soon.

I've been considering this for too long, perhaps with the hope of seeing
some change, but at this point I think the only good idea is to request
the removal of sylpheed from the archive.

Users can easily migrate to claws-mail, which, while different, is similar
and, more important, is a upstream maintained project.

It was the first package I uploaded as a DD, almost twenty years ago¹, but
one must put emotions aside and face the reality of the upstream project².
