as required by the new OpenStack release.
I see from the Excuses list that ceilometer
is the single one package out of ~15 that fails
to work with the new python-cachetools.

Not sure how but it looks like Ceilometer 25.0.0-4 (in Unstable)
autopkgtest are running fine, so I'm closing this bug.
