Although I'm not the OP, I've stumbled across this bug report.
I, too, was having the same issue with the
linux-{image,headers}-6.19.6+deb14-amd64.
I have tried Bastian's suggestion (Message #10). I `apt-get purge
virtualbox*`, removed the directory it said it couldn't, installed
linux-{image,headers}-6.19.6+deb14-amd64 successfully, rebooted into
6.19.6 (was previously 6.18.x) then tried to `apt-get install
virtualbox{,-{dkms,ext-pack,guest-additions-iso,qt}}`.
I am still getting the same issue, of it failing at the same point in
the process as it was before uninstalling.
