Because the ltt source package builds more than just the kernel-patch package, and it's not Jeroen's responsibility to determine whether the rest of the package is suitable for inclusion in main without the kernel-patch. If it is not, the maintainer can clone this bug to ftp.debian.org and request removal of the full source package. If it is, the maintainer should stop building the kernel-patch package from the source and it will be dropped automatically. And your email was sent only to the maintainer, not to the submitter; please cc: #####-submitter when you want to ask a question of the submitter. :) -- Steve Langasek Give me a lever long enough and a Free OS Debian Developer to set it on, and I can move the world.
