Hello,

(also not understanding why rejecting a package for mere lintian
warnings and no actual copyright issue, is DEP-5 now mandatory? A lot of
teams will need help to convert their copyright files)

The main issue is not all licenses are listed. Creating d/copyright in DEP-5 helps to list and review the license compliance.

As also discussed in IRC to be license compliant is a law requirement.

Also, this is wrong:

Warning in 'control binary:"libxres1-udeb" Section': Bad section. (this
cannot be fixed with 'cme fix' command)
