libconfig-model-perl has autopkgtests failures in testing and
unstable (and Ubuntu), presumably because of the removal of
libfuse-perl.

E.g.
https://ci.debian.net/packages/libc/libconfig-model-perl/unstable/amd64/69107769/

87s Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
87s requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
87s distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
87s or been moved out of Incoming.
87s The following information may help to resolve the situation:
 87s
87s The following packages have unmet dependencies:
87s satisfy:command-line : Depends: bash-completion but it is not going to be
installed
87s Depends: cme but it is not going to be installed
 87s Depends: fuse
87s Depends: libconfig-model-tkui-perl but it is not
going to be installed

 87s Depends: libtext-levenshtein-damerau-perl but it
is not going to be installed
87s E: Unable to satisfy dependencies. Reached two conflicting assignments:
 87s 1. satisfy:command-line:amd64=1 is selected for install
 87s 2. satisfy:command-line:amd64 Depends libfuse-perl
87s but none of the choices are installable:
 87s [no choices]
 87s autodep8-perl-recommends FAIL badpkg
 87s blame: libconfig-model-perl
87s badpkg: Test dependencies are unsatisfiable. A common reason is that your
testbed is out of date with respect to the archive, and you need to use a
current testbed or run apt-get update or use -U.

Now I can remove libfuse-perl from Recommends (and maybe add some
module(s) to debian/tests/pkg-perl/syntax-skip) but the usage of Fuse
is an upstream thing, so I thought that documenting the problem first
is a better idea.

(There's also a problem with the smoke test which I've already fixed
in git.)
(The new 2.160 upstream release doesn't seem to change anything
around Fuse.)

Cheers,
gregor
