The Debian package was created on May 1, 2026, after upstream was already archived. It is currently only in unstable and has not migrated to testing. A check of reverse dependencies shows no packages in unstable or testing depend on golang-github-anchore-go-version-dev. Given that the upstream is dead, the package has zero reverse dependencies, and it carries a serious file conflict from day one, the maintainer may want to consider whether this package should remain in Debian or whether a removal request via ftp.debian.org would be more appropriate.
