I think this was just because python-opencv hadn't yet been binNMUed
against libopenexr-3-4-33 on that architecture.
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=opencv indicates that was
done on or around 2026-03-18, and that matches up with the history on
https://ci.debian.net/packages/p/pdf2docx/unstable/arm64/ which shows
that test passing again on 2026-03-19.
