qemu dropped support for 32bit hosts in 11.0 version, this support
is not going back. Due to this, libvirt daemon dropped qemu-related
packages on i386 and armhf (and other 32bit architectures).
Due to this, with new libvirt your package fails autopkgtests, and
hence whole set of packages can't migrate to testing.
Please consider dropping (test) dependency on libvirt-system-daemon
on 32bit architectures, or stop building cockpit-machines on these
architectures entirely.

- Improvements to the "Add disk" and "Create Volume" dialogs
* Restrict to architectures which support both libvirt and nodejs. libvirt
recently dropped these packages on 32 bit architectures. This was a bit
overzealous, but now makes cockpit-machines uninstallable there.
Technically, c-machines is arch independent, but dpkg does not allow
architecture restrictions in Depends:, so we are forced to make the
package arch dependent. (Closes: #1137419)
