Some context about my setup:
1) I do sign my own kernel and have registered my own keys via mokutil,
2) Somehow, Microsoft's CA 2021 have been added as valid key by windows
update,
3) I have other things to boot (memtest86+) that may be unsigned.
Removed just to be sure, same error message,
