That's why I file this bug every time a new kernel version comes out and have the test failure ignored. I'm not going to let zfs-linux (or similar packages hold up src:linux for this reason (each regression needs investigation and then trade-offs are made). Sorry if it breaks things in testing. (I understand we keep the previous kernel around on updates to have a way out in case of kernel issues. Not exactly for this case but I guess it serves).
