libiw30t64 fails to install when libiw30 is present, because the
Conflicts field hardcodes a version bound that the installed
libiw30 (e.g. 30~pre9-16+b1) does not satisfy:

dpkg --compare-versions "30~pre9-16+b1" ge "30~pre9" is true, so the
conflict never triggers and libiw30t64 tries to overwrite a file still
owned by libiw30:

trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libiw.so.30', which is
also in package libiw30:amd64 (30~pre9-16+b1)
