Hi,
thanks for your report.
this seems to have been an intermediate issue with rust-openssl-probe
0.2.1-1 (as used in your build), but it's apparently fixed/gone away
with rust-openssl-probe 0.2.1-2 which allows icann-rdap-cli 0.0.31-1 to
build just fine.
Thus, reassigning the bug and closing accordingly.
(it's now btw broken due to the ongoing hickory transition where we're
waiting for rust-hickory-client 0.26 to be uploaded, but there's a bug
about that to keep track of it)
