Control: tags -1 + upstream fixed-upstream pending

This issue has been fixed upstream (commit 55f34435 [1]), which is included in
the newest upstream version 8.1.6. It is also fixed in Salsa, and version
8.1.6+dfsg2-1 of the package is now in the NEW queue.

@Barak: Could you please fix the Git repository at Salsa? I am getting the
following error:

$ gbp clone [email protected]:debian/libcec
