python-gnupg: autopkg tests fail with setuptools v80, however I'm not
sure that this is related to the new setuptools version.
It's not: it passed on other architectures, and a retry succeeded on
amd64
(https://ci.debian.net/packages/p/python-gnupg/testing/amd64/75067238/).
I think it must just be slightly flaky, but I didn't find any other
occurrences of this failure from a quick look through the history, so it
must be fairly rare.
