Package: scotch Followup-For: Bug #1149823 Control: tags -1 ftbfs The error "Deprecated variable: schizo_proxy" is Bug#1148924, outside scotch's control.
The error "Deprecated variable: rmaps_default_mapping_policy" can be easily fixed in debian/rules. PRTE_MCA_rmaps_default_mapping_policy is to be updated to PRTE_MCA_mapby But then the error "mapping request contains an unrecognized qualifier" I do not understand. The same variable PRTE_MCA_rmaps_default_mapping_policy (or PRTE_MCA_mapby) is used in other packages with no such problem. ":oversubscribe" is the correct syntax, c.f. https://github.com/open-mpi/ompi/issues/8955#issuecomment-846272943 Running the test manually passes fine without this "unrecognized qualifier" error. I have no idea what to do with this error, unless OMPI_MCA_rmaps_base_oversubscribe=true works as an alternative
