Package: gr-osmosdr

Severity: serious

Control: affects -1 src:gr-gsm

Dear maintainer,

the import of the Python module fails with:

>>> import osmosdrCPU Features: SSE2+ SSE4.1+ AVX+ FMA+
Using avx for xtrxdsp_iq16_sc32
Using avx for xtrxdsp_iq8_ic16

ImportError: initialization failed

This can also be seen in the failing build logs of gr-gsm:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=gr-gsm&arch=amd64&ver=1.0.0%7E20220727-3%2Bb2&stamp=1791424629&raw=0

I can reproduce the issue with +b2 in testing and +b3 in forky.

Cheers
