Description: Fix FTBFS on loongarch64
 Upstream PR #549 adds the missing __NR_bpf syscall definition
 for the LoongArch architecture. Without this, bpfilter fails to
 compile on loongarch64 with "_BF_NR_bpf not defined" error.
