Because phoenix is a set of configurations for Firefox or Firefox ESR and because those projects are fast-moving targets, I believe phoenix should not be included in Debian without a maintainer. Even if it had a maintainer, it might not be a good candidate for inclusion in Debian Stable unless the maintainer is willing to do Stable Updates for the lifetime of a Debian stable release. I am filing this bug now to remove phoenix from Testing. Later, it will likely be removed from Unstable also. Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
