Control: tags -1 + patch

The build-dependency python3-pytest-tornasync claims every coroutine
test at collection time, before anyio adds its anyio_backend fixture.
anyio >= 4.13 then rebuilds those tests with only the backend parameter,
so url/rdns/resolve_host are lost and setup fails with "'SubRequest'
object has no attribute 'param'". python-socks' tests never use tornado
or twisted.

With "-p no:tornado" alone, tests/test_proxy_async_anyio.py goes from 6
passed, 72 errors to 78 passed. Dropping python3-pytest-tornasync and
python3-pytest-twisted from Build-Depends (patch below;
debian/tests/control uses @builddeps@, so it needs no change) gives a
full build with tests in a sid container on 2026-10-20: 391 passed, 2
skipped, 0 errors.

The underlying anyio defect is separate and belongs upstream.
