About the archive rebuild: The build was made on virtual machines from AWS,
using sbuild and a reduced chroot with only build-essential packages.

reassign and add an affects on src:python-microversion-parse, so that this is

* Fix FTBFS with dh-python 7.20261019 (Closes: #1152000).
The committed .stestr.conf makes pybuild auto-run its built-in
stestr runner from the build_dir, so the .stestr state directory
leaks into dist-packages, and dh_python3's new dist-packages merge
aborts when it differs between Python versions (fs:172). Add an
override_dh_auto_test running pkgos-dh_auto_test, which runs stestr
from the package root, tests with every supported python3 version,
and removes its state directory afterwards.
