I *think* this is related to the other bug you reported in MissingH, which I must admit is baffling me a bit because I did have the build-dep on libghc6-network-dev. However, MissingH did miss a build-dep on libghc6-unix-dev, so maybe that was it. In any case, I will try re-uploading this with a revised build-dep on the fixed MissingH and hope that will get it.
