Since upgrading to version 2.8.1-1 (from the previous release in
experimental) I have seen the following message every time I try to
access my IMAP account's Junk (virtual) folder:
Error while Generating message list.
Error executing search expression: Unknown type in parse tree: 138144472:
(and (match-all (not (system-flag "junk")))
)
The message list remains empty.
This error message also appears when I select the account's Inbox, but
only most times, not all times. If it does appear then the message list
remains empty, and I can't access my email (hence the bug severity).
The two filters I have set up are:
'x-spam-bars' contains '+++++' -> set status 'junk'
'Xref' contains 'gmane.spam.detected' AND 'Newsgroups' starts with 'gmane.'
