It's even worse. The font shipped in xine isn't even the original cetus.ttf from Greg Meronek, but derived from that one. I haven't yet seen any definition of "Freeware" which implies the right of modification. I tried to contact Greg, but he seems to have fallen of the Planet since 1997. In fact, http://cpan.uwinnipeg.ca/htdocs/GDTextUtil/README.html shows another failed attempt to contact greg. In the end, that font was removed.
