Max, I would suggest you have a read of: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=388756 wct4xxp was removed from unstable, but was restored with zaptel (1:1.2.9.1.dfsg-2) which is currently sitting in both testing and unstable.
