Package: gnushogi
Version: 1.3-7
Severity: serious
Justification: no longer builds from source

gnushogi does not build on Alpha:

[...]
cat test | ./gnushogi -R -b _tmp_t -B ./gnushogi.bbk -S 8000 -P 40 3 0
/bin/sh: line 1: 12000 Done cat test
     12001 Segmentation fault | ./gnushogi -R -b _tmp_t -B ./gnushogi.bbk
-S 8000 -P 40 3 0
make[2]: *** [gnushogi.bbk] Error 139
[...]
/usr/bin/install: cannot stat `gnushogi.bbk': No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [install] Error 1

You should maybe have a look at the compiler warnings first, for example:

eval.c:1209: warning: operation on 'ds' may be undefined

in fact, it is. Also, it is a bug that the compilation doesn't stop at
the segfault.
