As the original bug reporter said, it is not that mesa is missing a build-dependency on libx11-dev (as a matter of fact it already build-depends on libx11-dev) but it is libgl1-mesa-dev that needs to depend on libx11-dev. I am therefore reopening this bug. Thierry
