After asking upstream about their licensing policy for non-code in 
http://lists.kde.org/?t=116098005200002&r=1&w=2&n=8 I doubt upstream would 
consider Debian changes "good fixes". Sorry but I'm not willing to do a full 
inspection just for Debian not to try changing upstream's policy. I only did 
a quick check.
