Could you please try if an explicit cast

SQLBindParameter(hStmt,i->first+1,SQL_PARAM_INPUT,SQL_C_CHAR,SQL_CHAR,0,0,NULL,0,(SQLLEN*)&m_sqli[i->first]);
works. Unfortunately I have no 64bit system...
