I know of a second person who had the same issues, that is Michael Ablassmeier. I guess it is connected with the exact content of the source lists for today. I put the contents of my /var/lib/apt/lists-directory to http://alius.turmzimmer.net/~aba/broken-var-lib-apt-lists.tgz - it is too large to attach it IMHO.
