Disagree.  Your patch is fine for all NTFS volumes.  There is no need to 
set the mounted on NT4 bit on any volume during what NTFS resize does.  It 
does not do anything that would be analogous to an NT4 operation.  I have 
no idea why you ever set the flag.  As far as I am concerned setting that 
flag at all is an outright bug in NTFS resize.
