libnotify.pc has GTK+2.O in the requires line but libnotify-dev doesn't
depends directly or inderectly on libgtk2.0-dev causing pkg-config

This was fixed either in 0.4.2-2 or in 0.4.3-1. The changelog from the
unstable version of libnotify says:

However, a different 0.4.2-2 was uploaded to experimental:

* Uploaded to experimental
So my 0.4.3-1 upload fixed the bug, and I'm going to fix the changelogs
in SVN to reflect this.
