Yes, googling this shows very vague comments from various people claiming that this is a libcurl error.
You repeating this doesn't make this any better report and I (as libcurl author) won't bother more because you can mention what others have failed to reported properly.
So please give us an accurate report with details so we can start researching. Until then I'll continue to ignore this.
